Fleming-Advanced Outcomes Design designed, built, maintained, and supported eSNFdata for the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA).

eSNFdata was an inpatient rehabilitation outcomes system offered to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) by AMRPA. Aimed specifically at post acute rehabilitation in SNFs, eSNFdata offered comprehensive real time outcomes reports and maintenance-free software. eSNFdata's data collection effort was expanded to include functional status and other data collected in IRFs for management and accreditation purposes. eSNFdata's data gathering capacities were increased to include the MDS instrument as well as the functional outcomes data collected on the IRF-PAI.

Fleming-Advanced Outcomes Design staff continue to provide policy analysis, industry economic modeling, and other services to AMRPA on behalf of the inpatient medical rehabilitation industry.
