Fleming-Advanced Outcomes Design designed, built, maintained, and supported a Monolithic Information System (MIS) for Skilled Rehab Specialists (SRS).

Skilled Rehab Specialists served to improve the lives of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) residents and doctors by matching rehabilitation-focused facilities with physiatrists, helping rehab doctors take control of their schedules, and residents take back control of their lives.

Using Internet technologies, the SRS MIS allowed for centralization of all of the information for SRS's operations. This included patient medical record information, physician visit tracking, and billing data. The system also included an outcomes reporting module to measure efficacy in the rehabilitation programs and monitor physician billing and reimbursement trends.
